The Process Designer course introduces delegates to the Process Designer component of the LANDESK Service Desk product and gives them the skills to design and build processes. The course also gives delegates the skills to amend and update existing processes.

Description: The LANDESK Asset Lifecycle Manager instructor-led course covers industry and best practices through modifying the Asset Content Pack material. It is the perfect course for anyone new to the features in LANDESK Asset Lifecycle Manager. This course introduces the participant to all the functionality required to conduct day-to-day IT asset management tasks using LANDESK Asset Lifecycle Manager and guides the participant through each of the core technologies using a scenario-based training approach.

Description: This course introduces the student to all the functionality required to streamline IT and business processes using LANDESK Process Manager. This course guides the user through installation, configuration, and workflow creation, including change management, configuration management, and other ITIL best practices using a hands-on training approach.
Students also have access to a virtual lab environment, and receive guided, hands-on training to complete the accompanying labs. The curriculum includes several focused E-Learning courses that are made available to students both prior to and after the instructor-led portion of the class. Printed courseware is sent to the student ahead of time.
